Hackathon

We think that young people themselves have good ideas for tackling inequality in school. One way in which they actively look for creative solutions is a hackathon. A hackathon is a method of working in which people work in groups on an issue for a day (or a weekend). At the end of the day, they present their solution to a jury. A prize is available for the best idea. On November 18, 2021, 8 groups of pupils and students from 3 schools in ‘s-Hertogenbosch participated in the Challenge to Change. Beforehand, they attended workshops to train skills.
